Seri Mutiara is one of five medium-cost apartment parcels in a vibrant precinct along the northern sector of Setia Alam. During initial design stage, Seri Mutiara is set out to change the prevailing perception of affordable housing.
Inspired by the form of Butterfly, the six residential blocks are paired to create a unique shape and identity, and each pair has its own landscaping and facilities including playgrounds, futsal courts, badminton courts, etc.
On the units arrangement, the butterfly arrangement allows cross ventilation to cool down the corridor and units efficiently, as well as adequate natural lighting into the corridor.
In order to promote healthy communal lifestyle, the clubhouse is designed to connect the blocks through the linear park and allow the residents to enjoy the facilities at the clubhouse which include, gym and olympic pool.
