Travelodge Bukit Bintang is located at Bukit Bintang along popular tourist spot, Alor Street Night Market. This is a refurbishment project to uplift 20-years old existing 13-storey hotel.
Due to the prime location of the hotel, client increased room count for the hotel to meet the high tourist demand.
Acoustic is one of the key feature that Travelodge looks strictly into. In order to achieve the minimum bar for sound insulation of each room, the material used for the new rooms had to achieve high STC ratings. Acoustic test on site was performed by specialist together with client and consultants. Acoustic door seal was also added for all existing rooms to enhance each guest room’s acoustic quality. Hotel guests are able to have peaceful sleep even though the main stretch of night eateries set up right outside doorstep of the hotel.
